Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Scheduling • All services must be booked in advance through our official booking platform or by direct communication. • Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only once you receive a confirmation message or email from us. • A free Meet & Greet is included prior to the first booking to ensure compatibility and pet safety. 2. Cancellations & No-Shows • You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 1 hour before the scheduled time without penalty. • If cancellation occurs less than 1 hour before the visit, the session will be forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. • No-shows will be treated as a late cancellation and the session will also be forfeited. 3. Refunds & Packages • Packages (Lite, Standard, Premium) are non-refundable once the first session has been booked. • All sessions within a package must be used within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise agreed. • Sessions are non-transferable between pets or owners. 4. Pet Health & Behavior • Pets must be in good health and free from any contagious conditions at the time of service. • Aggressive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the session without refund for the safety of the sitter and others. • Owners are responsible for providing accurate information about their pet’s needs and behavior. 5. Liability • While every effort is made to ensure your pet’s safety and comfort, we are not liable for illness, injury, or unexpected events beyond our control during the session. • Owners are required to ensure their pet’s environment is safe, secure, and accessible for the sitter. 6. Service Area • Services are limited to designated areas within Dubai. If you are unsure whether your location is covered, please contact us before booking. 7. Weather Policy • Services may be delayed or rescheduled in cases of extreme weather or unsafe conditions. Clients will be notified as early as possible. 8. Privacy • Any personal information or keys provided for pet sitting purposes will be kept confidential and used solely for service-related needs.
